TRANSPARENT FEE STRUCTURE

The investment industry has a history of conflicted and less than transparent compensation. Although there has been a positive shift toward less conflicted fee structures, much of the industry’s interests remain misaligned. Even the dominant fiduciary model of charging a percentage of assets managed has several embedded conflicts. Further, traditional compensation models inherently cause advice to be investment-centric. We believe lasting value is derived from the financial planning process. Our flat-fee and hourly fee model, which bases client fees on their unique circumstances and complexities, is the next evolution in fiduciary compensation.
